The Frank House on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus will come alive on March 13 with intense scenes from four Swedish plays.

The UNK community is invited to come view four short, emotionally charged scenes taken from Swedish playwright August Strindberg’s works. Scenes from The Father, Miss Julie, The Stronger and Master Olof will be performed by UNK students from 12:20 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. inside the Frank House.

Strindberg’s plays are highly emotional and realistic dramas that depict the battle of the sexes. His characters explore the many layers of relationships that are usually hidden.

The event is free and open to the public.
