The University of Nebraska at Kearney was alive with energy Friday as students, faculty, staff and community members gathered for annual Blue Gold Welcome events on campus.
Events included the Parade of Lopers, convocation where Chancellor Neal Schnoor officially welcomed students to campus, Blue Gold Showcase where thousands of students and community members enjoyed a picnic and visited booths featuring local businesses, campus organizations and other UNK partners and Blue Gold Beats featuring DJ Joey.
