Interim Chancellor Charlie Bicak conferred degrees for 729 undergraduate and graduate students Friday morning at UNK’s Health and Sports Center. An overflow crowd attended the commencement ceremony, which featured keynote speaker Brianna Hoffman, co-founder and board chair of the Team Jack Foundation, and student speaker Katie Lytle of Omaha, who graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in 7-12 chemistry education.
