Students in the Glass and Sculpture Club at the University of Nebraska at Kearney participated Monday in a Visiting Artist workshop. The demonstration featured Eoin Breadon, who has trained in glass studios in Ireland, Australia and United States.
Breadon received his Master of Fine Arts in glass from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. From 2004-09 he was a member of the sculpture and glass faculty at Cleveland Institute of Art. He currently is assistant professor of art, head of glass/sculpture at University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Breadon spent two days teaching and interacting with UNK students.
