The University of Nebraska at Kearney Residence Hall Association (RHA) will host area elementary school children at the annual Mantor Hall trick-or-treating program Thursday, Oct. 30.

The program consists of trick-or-treat tours beginning in the Mantor Hall lounge. Mantor Hall is located on the corner of 9th Avenue and 27th Street and parking is available in any lot, with the exception of 24-hour faculty parking, after 5 p.m. Tours will run from 5:00-7:30 p.m. and UNK Ghost Guides will escort each tour group. “This event provides an opportunity for UNK students to interact with youth in the community and do some community service as well,” said Erin Kochenderfer, president of RHA.

UNK students living in the residence halls will give out candy and greet the children during the tours. Students will serve as tour guides or have their rooms on the official tour list.
