Sydney Fisher of Littleton, Colo. will present her Senior Student Recital at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in the Fine Arts Recital Hall.
Fisher, the daughter of John and Carol Fisher, is a soprano majoring in music theatre. Her recital will include Cinco Canciones Negras by Xavier Montsalvatge, selections from Romulus Hunt by Carly Simon and selections from Songs for a New World by Jason Robert Brown.
Fisher is currently a member of the Choraleers, Delta Omicron (honor society) and has been on the Dean’s List for four years.
Fisher is a student of Pina Mozzani, UNK assistant professor of music and performing
arts.
