Japanese cooking demonstration will teach how to make Udon
Students in the Japanese 101 class at the University of Nebraska at Kearney will share their culture and host a cooking demonstration for the campus community and public. The event is at 12:20 p.m. Monday in the demonstration kitchen located inside the UNK Wellness Center.
