Those attending will learn how to make Udon, Japanese noodles made of wheat flour, then share lunch.
The event is organized by Yukiko Akai and Michiko Bergman with the All Education Academy, a nonprofit organization based in Japan.
The cooking demonstration is free and open to the public and limited to the first 30 people who sign up. To reserve a spot, contact Ryo Suzuki at firstname.lastname@example.org or 308.627.8248.
