NESTER HALL DEDICATION SET FOR 1:30 P.M. MONDAY, SEPT. 8, ON THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA AT KEARNEY CAMPUS

Nester Hall, the newest suite-style residence hall on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus, will be dedicated in ceremonies set for 1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8. The ceremonies will take place under University View Room, the arch that connects the two wings of Nester Hall.

Rick Larsen, director of Residential and Greek Life – A Building’s Impact on Lives

Stephanie Cunningham, president of the Residential Housing Association and a junior travel and tourism major from South Bend,

Mayor Stanley Clouse – A Proclamation

J.B. Milliken, president of the University of Nebraska system – Special Remarks

UNK Chancellor Doug Kristensen – Gift Presentation and Closing Remarks

After the dedication ceremonies, there will be a reception for Dr. Nester and the Nester family in the University View Room of Nester Hall. Tours of Nester Hall will be conducted by students who live in the hall.
