The University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Center for Economic Education is offering a workshop for all teachers interested in learning more about International Education and innovative ways to teach students of all ages about today’s economy, economics and personal finance. Teachers will also learn how to integrate finance into a variety of classroom situations and subjects.
The workshop is on April 16th from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. at four locations within ESU 15’s area. One site will be McCook High School. The other three sites will be determined based on registrations received.
Teachers can attend the International Education Curriculum workshop for free and will receive a $15.00 stipend for attending. If interested, please contact Barbara Hidy, secretary/distance learning assistant with ESU 15.
