United States Senator Chuck Hagel will speak at the University of Nebraska at Kearney Political Science department’s annual George Norris Scholarship Luncheon on Friday, November 8. The luncheon, beginning at noon, will be in the Nebraskan Student Union room 238. The public is invited to attend. Tickets are $12.
