UNK Dining, other student union services will look different this fall

KEARNEY – Lopers heading to the Nebraskan Student Union to purchase textbooks or grab a bite to eat will notice several changes as the fall semester begins. The University of Nebraska at Kearney is implementing a number of safety measures there as part of its plan to reduce the spread of COVID-19. UNK hosting open house Friday at new Early Childhood Education Center

KEARNEY – Parents and community members have another opportunity to check out the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s new LaVonne Kopecky Plambeck Early Childhood Education Center before it officially opens next week. UNK Dining Services provides relief, 1,400 hot meals for flood victims

Food prepared by UNK Dining Services was ready for evacuees by 5 p.m. July 9, the day an overflowing Turkey Creek flooded much of south Kearney.
