Busy streets near UNK closed Monday, Tuesday for City of Kearney asphalt repairs

A busy stretch of street near the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus will be closed Monday (June 24) to allow workers to complete an asphalt milling project. Ninth Avenue will be closed from 25th Street to 28th Street beginning at 7 a.m., with work expected to be completed by 5 p.m. and the street reopened to traffic. Construction Video and Photos: STEM building continues to take shape at UNK

Construction crews continue their work on the new STEM building at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Led by general contractor Hausmann Construction of Lincoln, the 90,000-square-foot facility is located on UNK’s west campus between West Center and Ockinga Hall. Project enhancing UNK’s east entrance begins next week; Decorative columns coming down

Kindred events celebrate UNK art department, Fine Arts Building renovations
