KEARNEY – The Korean Student Association at Kearney is hosting its 11th annual Korean Night celebration 5:30 p.m. Saturday in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus.
The event, which is free and open to the public, showcases Korean culture through a variety of performances and activities, including taekwondo, K-pop, trivia and a group game. Harmonix, a student-led a cappella group, will sing a traditional Korean song and there will be plenty of prizes.
Attendees can also enjoy a meal of Korean stir-fried beef (bulgogi), glass noodles with vegetables (japchae) and steamed rice.
