LINCOLN – The UNK Alumni Association will co-host the inaugural Nebraska Career Catalyst Nov. 13 at the Nebraska Innovation Campus Conference Center in Lincoln.
This event will feature expert faculty and alumni presenters from the University of Nebraska’s four campuses and is a collaboration between the alumni associations at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Nebraska at Omaha and University of Nebraska Medical Center.
These unique and interactive learning sessions are tailored for early and mid-career professionals and will focus on workplace soft skills, management best practices and professional development. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with other UNK alumni and university leaders.
Professor Kyle Luthans, chair of the UNK Department of Management, will present “A Positive Approach to Leadership: Bringing Out and Developing the ‘HERO Within.’”
Registration is required here and closes on Oct. 30. The cost is $70 and includes breakfast, lunch and one complimentary beverage at the welcome reception.
