The UNK Wind Ensemble performed an outdoor concert Thursday afternoon on the lawn just east of the Fine Arts Building on campus. The roughly 40-minute concert featured seven pieces: “A Medieval Story” by Clare Grundman, “Hosts of Freedom” by Karl King, “Reminiscence” by Kathryn Salfelder, “Shaker Variants” by Elliot Del Borgo, “Valdres” by Johannes Hanssen, “Deir’in De” by Warren Barker and “Orange Bowl” by Henry Fillmore.
