UNK students are being welcomed back this week with a new Back2School Bash event, which gives incoming freshmen and other Lopers an opportunity to explore campus and the Kearney community before classes begin Monday. A food truck rally at Hilltop Mall, silent disco and disc golf were among activities Tuesday, while paddle boarding at Yanney Park was among Wednesday’s popular offerings. Back2School Bash is organized by Student Engagement, Campus Recreation, Undergraduate Admissions and the Office of Student Diversity and Inclusion. (Photos by Todd Gottula, UNK Communications)
