Classes are canceled at University of Nebraska at Kearney on Tuesday, Jan. 17. Icy conditions are forecast to continue or worsen throughout today (Monday), making travel back from the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday break treacherous for students. Dangerous conditions exist across Kearney. All Tuesday classes, events and activities are canceled. Dining services will serve students on campus.
STAFF NOTE: UNK staff should report at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Staff responsible for working on snow days should check with their supervisor for their schedule on Tuesday.
FACULTY NOTE: Tuesday classes are canceled. Faculty should use their best judgment on returning Tuesday afternoon.
