KEARNEY – The new University of Nebraska at Kearney student organization, Young Arab Leaders Association, will host the first Arabic Culture Festival on campus Wednesday (April 30).
The event, which is at 5:30 p.m. in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room, will feature Arabic food and entertainment.
The festival is free and open to the public.
The Young Arab Leaders Association promotes education and cultural exchanges related to Arabs among the student body, faculty, staff and in the community.
The organization’s meetings take place at 6 p.m. Tuesdays in Office of Multicultural Affairs in the student union.
