KEARNEY – The Sports Administration Majors Club at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is hosting a 3-on-3 basketball tournament to raise funds for members who attend the Sports Industry Networking Conference in Washington, D.C.
The double-elimination tournament, which includes men’s and women’s divisions, begins at 6 p.m. April 16 at the UNK Health and Sports Center.
The entry fee is per team. Registration forms are available at the Recreation Welcome Desk in Cushing Coliseum. Teams also can sign up online at unksamclub.org. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and coupons to area businesses. Winning teams receive a cash prize.
The deadline to receive a shirt is April 8, but teams can register all the way up to the beginning of the tournament.
