Summer Fun Club offers hands-on activities for children

KEARNEY – The Child Development Center at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is accepting enrollments for its 12-week summer childcare program, which includes its Summer Fun Club.

The program includes daily lunches at UNK dining services Chartwell, as well as breakfast and snacks at the Child Development Center.

Summer Fun Club’s room is based on the second floor of the Otto Olsen building at UNK.

The program runs May 22 through Aug. 13 and costs $130 per child, with one week of vacation given. A $25 enrollment fee is charged to families new to the Child Development Center. The facility is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
