UNK– A children’s Victorian-themed Easter egg hunt will take place at the Frank House on Saturday, April 3, at the Frank House.

Children, aged three to nine, will decorate Easter eggs and participate in a traditional Easter egg hunt. The event is hosted by the Junior Friends of the Frank House.

“The Junior Friends will hide wrapped candies and other surprises on the Frank House lawn for the children to find,” said Paula Nesiba, Junior Friends of the Frank House coordinator.

The event will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Frank House, located at the University of Nebraska at Kearney West Campus. Registration is limited to the first 20 who register by March 30. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information or to register, call 308.865.8284 or email sullivankw@unk.edu.

“The plans for this event are all the Junior Friends’ ideas,” Nesiba said. “They will prep the eggs, make drinks and decorate cupcakes with an Easter theme.”
