UNK- The University of Nebraska at Kearney Office of Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions will host the spring transfer and new student orientation day on Friday, April 25, at the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. During the day, students will be introduced to different UNK resources, take part in an academic advising session with UNK faculty and register for fall semester classes.
“Transfer Day is a great opportunity for transferring students to get assistance with their transition from their previous school to UNK. They will also meet with an adviser and register for classes,” said Michael Pelster, assistant director of Undergraduate Recruitment.
Participating students must be admitted to UNK for the fall semester. Registration forms for Transfer Day may be found under the general transfer information and guidelines link on the transfer page of the undergraduate admissions section of the UNK website.

9:45 a.m. – 10:05 a.m. Academic Presentation
10:05 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Overview on using WebEASI
10:30 a.m. – Noon Academic Advising & Registration
