UNK assistant director of Undergraduate Recruitment, 308.865.8435
High school seniors from across the state will be on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus Monday, Oct. 29, from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., for Senior Day.
Approximately 200-250 seniors are expected to attend the annual event. This year, the day will be filled with a “behind-the-scenes” campus tour, an academic fair and introductions to campus organizations. Students will also attend presentations by representatives in Admissions and Financial Aid. In addition, a group of UNK students will present a student panel to give the seniors a student perspective of the campus. The day will conclude with optional residence hall tours.
“This is a great opportunity for high school senior to gather more information about UNK, while interacting with the current students, faculty, staff, and other future Lopers,” said Michael Pelster, UNK assistant director of recruitment. “Senior Day will help many students see that UNK is the right fit for them.”
