ALL CHOIRS CONCERT SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY, DEC. 14

An All Choirs Concert, titled Music and Meditation, is set for 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, in the University of Nebraska at Kearney Fine Arts Recital Hall.

The Singing Statesmen, men’s chorus; Caelestes Cantores, women’s chorus; and Choraleers, a large mixed chorus; will each perform a selection of songs featuring Baroque and 20th century works under the direction of Dr. David Bauer. The choral ensemble will be accompanied by brass instrumentalists: Dr. James Payne, trumpet; Dr. Gary Davis, trumpet; Derek Gangwish of Bellevue, trombone; Jacquelyn Schneller of Canton, S.D., trombone; and Adam Hotchkiss of Ayr, trombone.
