EVOLUTION VS. CREATIONISM SPEAKER AT UNK NOV. 15

The University of Nebraska at Kearney’s chapter Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Society, will host Dr. Eugenie C. Scott on Thursday, November 15 at 7 p.m. in Copeland Hall, Room 142.

Scott is the director of the National Center for Science Education from Oakland, California. Her talk is titled “Creationism: Old and New.” Scott will be speaking on the controversy of evolution and creationism being taught in public school,” said Wayne Briner, president of UNK’s chapter of Sigma Xi.
