KEARNEY - More than 3,000 students, spectators, judges and workers are on the University of Nebraska at Kearney campus for this week’s NSAA State Speech Championships. UNK has hosted the State Speech Championships since 1999. The event includes about 1,200 students from approximately 250 high schools.
