KEARNEY – Ben Wagner of Columbus is the recipient of the 2015 Northwestern Energy Community Works Scholarship. Valued at $1,000, the scholarship is given to an upper-level Computer Science and Information Technology student who maintains at least a 3.0 grade point average. Wagner is a junior honors student at the University of Nebraska at Kearney majoring in computer science.
