Children from the Plambeck Early Childhood Education Center wore costumes and trick-or-treated Tuesday at UNK’s Health and Sports Center in celebration of Halloween. Students, faculty and staff also dressed up as they handed out candy to the kids.
The annual event, which normally takes place across campus, was moved strictly indoors because of the below-freezing temperature. Younger students also remained at the center for safety reasons.
