As the studio theater curtain opens on February 21, the University of Nebraska at Kearney will be “Closer than Ever” to a Broadway experience. The UNK department of Music and Performing Arts presents the musical, “Closer than Ever,” on February 21-24 in the UNK Studio Theater. Shows running from Thursday to Saturday begin at 7:30 p.m. The Sunday performance will be held at 2 p.m.
The general admission ticket cost for adults is $7. Ticket prices for seniors, UNK faculty, staff and student are $5. UNK students may reserve one complimentary ticket with a valid UNK ID. The music is by David Shire and lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr.
