UNK students can get free tickets to performances at Kearney’s Merryman Performing Arts Center, 225 W. 22nd St., through a sponsorship agreement with UNK. On Oct. 19, “Hank and my Honky Tonk Heroes” is at 2:30 and 7 p.m., with a backstage opportunity at 1:30 p.m. Students can pick up tickets for the performances at the Nebraskan Student Union Help Desk as they are available. “Hank” is portrayed by award-winning entertainer Jason Petty, performing country classics by Hank Williams.
