The Japanese Association at Kearney (JAK) hosted its 24th annual Japanese Festival on Saturday in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room on campus.
The event included food, student performances, interactive exhibits, fun quizzes and other engaging activities.
This year’s festival celebrated the Heisei era (1989-2019), a pivotal period in Japan’s contemporary history that symbolizes continued peace and prosperity.
