Two Rivers Public Health Department has created a registration site for education workers who want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The registration form is available here.
Education workers, including UNK employees, will be vaccinated as part of the state’s Phase 1B prioritization stage. Two Rivers will schedule and administer the vaccine through its registration process.
The health department will vaccinate all interested employees as soon as possible, but this process is expected to take weeks to complete.
