KEARNEY – The University of Nebraska at Kearney is hosting its Phantoms at the Frank House event at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 26.
Children of all ages are invited to hear spooky stories, decorate cookies and trick or treat from room to room inside the mansion. The event is free and open to the public.
