Europe focus of lunch session on Wednesday, Nov. 18, as part of International Education Week at UNK

Europe will be the region-of-the-day discussed by University of Nebraska at Kearney student speaker Faith Kara ofStuttgart, Germany from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, as part of a series of daily presentations this week at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

The presentation, which is free and open to the public, will take place in the Cedar Room of the Nebraskan Student Union.

International Education Week, Nov. 16-19, on the campus features a series of presentations on Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa to promote mutual understanding and diplomacy, according to Ann Marie Park, UNK Study Abroad and Exchange Programs coordinator..

A closing celebration featuring music and dance will take place from 6-11 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, in the Multicultural Affairs Office in the Nebraskan Student Union.
