The Upper Midwest Region-Association of University Housing Officers (UMR-ACUHO) celebrated its 40th anniversary recently in Kearney at a conference hosted by the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
“UMR-ACUHO conferences provide professional development and networking opportunities for entry level, mid-level and upper-level professionals,” said Anita Kucera, UNK associate director of Residential and Greek Life and UMR-ACUHO 2009 host committee chair. “Sample the Good Life” was the theme of the conference.
“The theme combined Nebraskan ideals and the good life of working in the profession of student affairs,” Kucera said.
A total of 10 UNK graduate student hall directors and four office professionals represented UNK. UNK graduate student hall directors are listed below, alphabetically by hometown:
