The Loper Programming and Activities Council (LPAC) has announced the officers and events chairs for the current year at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Officers include President Danen Rundle of Logan, Kan., Vice President Julia Lyons of McCook, and Secretary/Treasurer Heather Sullivan of Wallace.
LPAC is a student organization that brings events to the UNK campus. Advisers for the organization are Tim Danube and Jami Schaffnitt. Membership is open to all interested students.
LPAC has been busy this fall with student activities including Blue and Gold Day, the Student Organization Fair and Homecoming. Among the events scheduled for the upcoming spring semester are hypnotist Jim Wand, the Fame Talent Show and the Fun 5k Run/Walk.
