PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT UNK PREPARES FOR THE 4TH BIENNIAL PSYCHOLOGY FAIR THURSDAY, OCT. 26

More than 500 students from 38 Nebraska high schools are registered to attend the fourth biennial Psychology Fair at the University of Nebraska at Kearney Thursday (Oct. 26).

As part of the fair, UNK psychology students have prepared 66 displays, activities and demonstrations that encompass a wide range of research and applications in psychology.

Featured topics for the 2006 Psychology Fair include jury deliberation, police interrogation, language acquisition, facial attractiveness and mazes. The topics are derived from four categories consisting of forensic psychology, animal behavior, cognitive psychology and social psychology.

The Psychology Fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Nebraskan Student Union and Copeland Hall.
