Alpha Phi social sorority at the University of Nebraska at Kearney is hosting a “Red Dress” poker tournament Thursday, March 23, to benefit the American Heart Association.
The tournament, which will take place in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room, begins at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Advance registration is taking place at booths in the Nebraskan Student Union. Advance registration is $10. Individuals may also register at the door for $15.
According to Cami Wacker, UNK associate director of Student Development & Retention, the tournament is open “to students and non-students alike to come compete for prizes, including a trip for two to Las Vegas, Husker football tickets and an X-Box 360.”
