Mantor Hall’s fifth annual Arm Wrestling Tournament, which raises funds to assist people with Muscular Dystrophy, is set for Wednesday, March 30, at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, according to Rhonda Mogee of Milligan, publicity chair for the event.
The event begins at 8 p.m. and will take place in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room. Participants will pay $7 and will receive a free t-shirt. General admission is $2.
Each year, resident assistants take the lead in planning and carrying out the fund-raiser. This year Mogee is being assisted with publicity by Kellie Prather of Grand Island. Other Mantor Hall resident assistants working on the project, listed alphabetically by hometown, include:
