Business students from 17 Nebraska high schools took part in the 17th annual Phi Beta Lambda Business Competition Day this week at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
The competition consisted of 17 different contests including: accounting, business English, business law, business math, business systems and procedures, computer literacy, economics, filing, general business, keyboarding, marketing, parliamentary procedure and spelling.
According to Janet Lear, Phi Beta Lambda adviser, “Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate division of Future Business Leaders of America. Membership is open to all UNK students with an interest in business.”
