EXTRAORDINIST CRAIG KARGES TO GIVE PRESENTATION AT UNK WEDNESDAY, JAN. 19

The University of Nebraska at Kearney Loper and Programming Council presents a night of entertainment with extraordinist Craig Karges in the Nebraskan Student Union Ponderosa Room at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19.

Karges’ stage performance features of illusions including telekinesis, levitating tables and mind reading.

Karges likes to call himself a “mentalist,” emphasizing the power of the mind. He uses audience participation throughout the show.

Named the NACA’s Campus Entertainer of the Year three times and recipient of the Variety Entertainer title a record nine consecutive times, Karges has also been honored by Performance magazine as one of the top five variety shows in the country and is often referred to as “the king of college campus entertainment.”
