On September 6, members of Chi Omega at the University of Nebraska at Kearney teamed up with the Make A Wish Foundation to grant 4-year-old Brooke Peterson of Bertrand her wish to go camping with her family. They gave Brooke and her family a handicap accessible camper which will allow camping as a family possible.
“The small town held a mini parade full of motorcycles, fire trucks and police cars with Brooke’s new camper at the end of the line,” said Ashley Buchman, Chi Omega marketing director. “The women of Chi Omega grilled hot dogs and burgers for the Bertrand townspeople.”
