The University of Nebraska at Kearney recently announced the Chancellors/Merit Scholar Award recipients for 2003-2004. These students are receiving Merit Scholar Awards for $500 per year and the Chancellors scholarship is $2,000 per year. Both are renewable for up to four years with a total dollar value of $10,000. To receive the award the recipient must have at least a 23 ACT composite score and have a class rank in the top 30 percent of their high school graduating class.
