The University of Nebraska at Kearney Theatre Department will perform ‘The Imaginary Invalid’ on April 17-19 and 24-26 at 7:30 p.m. and April 27 at 2 p.m. in the Fine Arts Miriam Drake Theatre.

The production is a satirical look at the medical profession of 1673. It is the story of a man who concocts a plan to marry the daughter of one of his doctors in order to ensure himself a lifetime of free medical treatment. High comedy and chaos ensue as the plot unfolds.

Tickets can be reserved by calling the UNK Box Office at (308) 865-8417, or sending an e-mail to boxoffice@unk.edu.
