The University of Nebraska at Kearney Social Work Program will host the Social Work Career Fair on January 29 from 12:30 p.m.- 3:30 p.m. in the Ponderosa Room of the Nebraskan Student Union.
“We are aware that some people may misunderstand what is involved in a social work career,” said Dr. Sandy Cook-Fong, associate professor in social work. “We are attempting through this event to familiarize students with the many aspects of social work and acquaint them with possible careers in that field.”
