Ruth Brown, assistant professor of communication at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, was accepted into the Cather Circle, a prestigious mentoring program that brings together distinguished alumnae and talented woman students at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Ruth Brown is a native of West Point, NE. She received a B.A. in English and journalism, and a Ph.D. in educational administration/curriculum instruction from UNL. She has been teaching in the UNK Communications Department since 1993.
