The Choral Music of Dr. Andre Thomas

Who: The University of Nebraska at Kearney Concert Choir, Choraleers, will be joined by nearly 300 singers from six central Nebraska high schools. They will perform music by Andre Thomas, director of choral activities at Florida State University. Brandon A. Boyd, a Music Education doctoral student at Florida State, will conduct the mass choir.
High Schools Involved: Kearney High, Clayton Moyer, director; Nebraska Christian, Michael Flynn, director; Doniphan-Trumbull, Victoria Klaus, director; Lexington, Brian Botsford, director; Minden, Carla Jacobs, director; and Gothenburg, Gabriele Haberman, director. … Students will rehearse Sunday afternoon and evening, and all day Monday, in preparation for the concert.
