By ANDREW HANSON UNK Communications KEARNEY – Expanded hours and nearly $200,000 in ongoing renovations are part of the G.W. Frank Museum of History and Culture’s new rebranding initiative. Located on the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s west campus, the museum now is open from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends. It is closed on Mondays. New Frank House name emphasizes museum history, culture

Frank House sets remaining December hours, final Cider Saturday
KEARNEY – The Frank House at the University of Nebraska at Kearney will host its final Cider Saturday this Saturday from noon to 5 p.m., allowing guests to tour the museum while enjoying a free cup of warm cider. The museum includes holiday decorations, including nine full-size holiday trees decorated with authentic period ornaments, many which have been donated over the years.
