The College of Natural and Social Sciences at UNK has recently announced the College Fellows for the 2002-03 school year. College Fellows are selected students in their junior or senior years based on scholastic achievement as well as talent for and interest in becoming a college or university professor. During the academic year the fellow becomes in effect a junior member of the department, learning first-hand about the work of a college professor. Fellows may serve on department committees, help plan and conduct department events or assist professors with research or course preparation.
